Finance Shared Services Assistant - (M/F)
at our site in Ovar

Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (Local and internal).
Ensure application of all processes, policies and procedures as clearly defined.
Ensure customer invoices and statements are correct, credit notes are promptly issued, disputes are promptly resolved & customer payments are promptly and accurately posted.
Follow up on customer debits/credits approval.
Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with internal & external customers.

Minimum degree: Bachelor of Accounting, Administration or related;

English intermediate/advanced communication level;

Additional language skill in German, Polish or Hungarian;

At least 1 year of accounts receivable or related experience;

SAP Knowledge in FI/SD/WMD Flow;

MS Office tools (excel mandatory);

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
