Maintenance Leader

With 8,000 employees we are active all over the globe.Your tasks
- Coordinates Maintenance activities;
- Defining objectives, KPIs and the strategy for Maintenance department;
- Planning and coordination of the annual service plan for equipment;
- Ensures equipment functionality;
- Human resources management for Maintenance department;
- Responsible for Maintenance budget, including spare parts budget;
- Responsible for assessment, training and development of the personnel within Maintenance department;
Your profile
- Technical University Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Robotics, Automation, Electronics);
- Proficient in English language;
- Relevant knowledge about advanced management tools and production standards in automotive industry;
- Relevant knowledge about welding processes (spot, arc) is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards;
- Advanced knowledge about core tools and processes (PFMEA, 8D, PDCA, TPM);
- Leadership, planning and organizing, resilience, flexibility and communication skills;
- Experience in managing teams is an advantage.
