- Prepares the necessary technical documentation for the suppliers' participation in project quotations;
- Participates in the selection of suppliers for welding equipment and stamping tools;
- Actively monitors the status of projects at suppliers;
- Maintain and update the project status database;
- Analyzes the design of welding equipment and stamping tools in order to respect our standards;
- Participation in the choice of methods and technical solutions for the manufacturing of tools;
- Participation in the acceptance of new tools and welding equipment from suppliers;
- Participation with technical information in the implementation of new products in production;
- Prepares the specific documentation for acceptance and try out;
- Manages the engineering changes of the products and participates in all the specific follow-up and implementation stages;
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years professional experience ;
- Experience in the automotive industry ;
- Good/advanced knowledge of the production system based on Lean principles;
- Good knowledge of specific processes (stamping, spot welding, arc welding);
- Good knowledge of Catia, AutoCAD;
- Relevant knowledge about automation;
- Knowledge of problem analysis methods (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, TPM, etc.);
- Advanced level English skills;
- Advanced technical studies, preferably Industrial Robots/Mechatronics/Automatics/Welding;
- Ability to manage relations in a very diplomatic and professional way;
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities;
- Works well in a team environment;
