"Without us, the IT specialists, today nothing works! Not only that I care for the operation of all computers, I also look after the service systems that must be available 24 hours per day and connected correctly. Thereby, it is crucial to encode some data and take care of the regular back-ups.
As an IT specialist for system integration I am on our customers’ – that means our colleagues’ – site as a competent contact person. I sit on the other site of our central hotline and act as local service engineer, so that I will get in touch with all company areas during my apprenticeship.
