Sales Controlling Manager Troy/Aurora Corporate

Your Tasks

• Technical and functional management of the Sales Controlling North America team
• Further development of the existing Sales Controlling tools
• Monitoring the business calculation premises including the verification of changes and further developments of the IT-supported offer calculation system
• Business partner for the Sales department regarding Management Accounting matters, particularly with regard to offer calculation and Customer cost break-downs
• Preparation of business plans with the involvement of the relevant specialist departments
• Supervision and support of the KIRCHHOFF Automotive locations and sales teams during the preparation and execution of customer audits and cost negotiations
• Sales topics related monthly Management Reporting Participation in special projects as well as data analyses

Your Profile

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in similar environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting
• Strong knowledge in Excel application
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in automotive industry.
• Relevant professional experience in the field of Sales controlling, initial experience in leading a Team is a plus


Skills (language, technical, computer etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective use of problem solving and decision making skills
• Effectively manages multi-tasks and changing priorities
• Advanced Excel skills required, i.e. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
• Sound knowledge in the area of cost estimation systems / cost estimation systematic in Automotive industry
• Confident in dealing with customers and suppliers
