- Responsible for the functionality of the equipment and their security systems;
- Provide support for the maintenance department in activities of reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance requirements in order to guarantee that the equipment is kept operational and in safe conditions;
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high quality results for assigned tasks;
- Provides support in the commisioning of new electromechanical equipment in production and is part of the development team;
- Develops and implements continuous improvement in the production area.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Higher technical education (Automatics, Mechatronics, Electronics);
- Relevant knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electricity and Robotics, electrical equipment;
- Relevant knowledge about Siemens WinCC Flexible, Step7, Industrial Networks: Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet;
- Advanced knowledge of computer tools (PLC programming);
- Interaction with ABB, Fanuc robots (trajectory, design, maintenance) is an advantage;
- Knowledge of mastic SCA, spot welding, arc welding, Tucker and Harms & Wende is an advantage;
- Technical expertise and production processes knowledge;
- Flexibility, self-disciplined, organized, communicative, resilience;
- Proficient in English language.
