NAIAS begins with our First Customer Engagement Event

Earlier this week, on Wednesday January 17th, the sales and engineering teams in Troy, Michigan, held their first Customer Engagement Event.

The event was held at the Hard Rock Café in Detroit, where select customers were invited to enjoy lunch among displays exhibiting KIRCHHOFF Automotive’s most innovative technologies. The intention behind the event was to engage with customers in a casual environment while showcasing current and new KIRCHHOFF Automotive technologies and discussing new business opportunities. As the industry preview took place in the same day, customers attending the Customer Engagement Event received tickets to attend the NAIAS (also commonly known as the Detroit Auto Show) close by at Cobo Hall. A shuttle service was provided, allowing attendees to get to and from the Hard Rock Café and Cobo Hall with ease. Art Tingey, Sales Manager in Troy, was very pleased with the turn out. “This has been a great opportunity for the Sales team to engage with customers and discuss technologies that KIRCHHOFF Automotive has been working on lately.” He is looking forward to continued discussions with customers about how they can partner with KIRCHHOFF Automotive to assist with their tech and manufacturing needs in the future. The Detroit Auto Show continues until January 28th, featuring many vehicles that include parts produced by our plants worldwide.
