"I have a wide scope of duties; my daily routine is very diversified. My working area ranges from purchasing to logistics, financial accounting, human resources and sales. In clearly defined periods I pass through all departments and get to know all typical tasks and processes. From the beginning I am involved in the daily routine.
In the purchasing department I am allowed to participate in supplier meetings, in the sales department I visit customers together with sales managers and in the human resources department I am a contact person for all colleagues in case of questions or issues.
