Your tasks

  • Order processing (acquisition of incoming orders, preparation of TÜV, etc.)
  • Preparation of delivery notes and invoices as well as preparation of general documentation
  • Planning of workshop orders incl. schedule control triggering orders
  • Monitoring of goods receipts and corresponding inventory control
  • Goods receipt postings, invoice control and dunning
  • Personal data maintenance and control of time management
  • Telephone and personal customer contact
  • Support at the end of the month

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or several years of experience in comparable positions
  • Safe handling of MS Office
  • Knowledge of merchandise management systems (desirable eg Sage Office Line)
  • Careful, well-structured and independent way of working
  • Working hours by appointment between 20-30 hrs / week
  • The official language is German
