Your tasks

  • Develop assembly technology (welding, riveting, etc.) in the area Manufacturing Engineering
  • Develop and support global technical standards for Assembly Equipment
  • Work in Technical Network to all KIRCHHOFF Automotive plants worldwide
  • Support and execution of technical trainings including updating the corresponding workflows and blankforms
  • Technical support of the local Manufacturing Engineering  Centers
  • Support in industrialization of assembly projects
  • Assistance in investment planning
  • Provide on regular base meaningful reports to ensure transparency and efficiency

Your profile

  • Degree in engineering with specialization in mechanical engineering or production technologies, previous training as mechatronics engineer is desirable
  • Knowledge in the field of joining technology, a further education as the International Welding Engineer is preferable
  • Autonomous way of working as well as initiative and drive
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Competent handling of MS Office & CAD systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good level of written and spoken English
  • Very good level of written and spoken German
